1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, browsing, uploading, purchasing, or otherwise using Exposure HUB (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms; continued use after a revised version is posted means you accept the revision.

2. Adult Eligibility (18+ / 21+ Recommended) & Authentic Content Notice

The Service is strictly for consenting adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (the statutory legal minimum, with 21+ strongly recommended and preferred across all creator submissions), that you will not permit any minor to access the Service through your account or device, and that every person depicted in content you upload is at least 18 years old (with documented consent) and has given voluntary, uncoerced consent. All media uploaded must feature authentic, consensual adult expression. The Service contains explicit adult material and may be restricted or unlawful in some jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you. We may require age or identity verification and will immediately suspend, ban, and report any account reasonably believed to belong to a minor or used to transmit unlawful content.

3. Consent, Anti-Doxxing, Records, & Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Exposure HUB operates with strict, zero-tolerance prohibitions against illegal, harmful, or non-consensual material. Strictly prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: (a) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or implying minors; (b) non-consensual media, stolen leaks, blackmail, extortion, or non-consensual “ruin” agreements; (c) doxxing, including photographs, scans, or text displaying government ID cards, driver’s licenses, passports, national identity numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, or private contact details; (d) deepfakes, AI-generated non-consensual depictions, and fake defamation; (e) bestiality, extreme violence, and harassment. We maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable regulations; record-keeping requests may be directed to Exposurehub@protonmail.com. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and federal law, any apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation is immediately and automatically reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline along with all identifying session and network data, and referred to law enforcement. We may remove any content, delete uploads, and permanently ban accounts and IP addresses at our sole discretion without notice.

4. Your Content, Ownership, and License

You retain full ownership of the original media you upload. By uploading content, you grant Exposure HUB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, create thumbnails and previews, display, stream, and distribute your content solely to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. This license ends when you delete your content, except for copies retained in backups, caches, or as required by law.

5. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the people you interact with, and how you use the Service. You understand that the Service hosts user-generated adult content that may be explicit, offensive, inaccurate, or upsetting; that other users may behave unlawfully; and that we cannot verify or control every user, post, or interaction. You access the Service and any content on it voluntarily and at your own risk.

6. No Guarantee of Exposure, Reach, or Results

Paid features such as spotlights, pins, and account tiers are promotional tools only. We do not promise or guarantee any number of views, impressions, clicks, followers, engagement, search ranking, revenue, or any other result. Placement, availability, and visibility may change as the feed, catalog, or platform changes. Any metrics or analytics we display may be approximate or delayed.

7. Optional Restricted Deletion Modes Are Strictly Opt-In

Exposure HUB never requires, forces, coerces, or pressures any user to select a restrictive upload or deletion mode, and at no point is any restrictive option mandatory. The standard, freely deletable option is the default, is always available, and is what we encourage and recommend for the overwhelming majority of uploads; non-restrictive publishing is fully supported at no cost. Optional restricted modes — for example a “Locked” deletion tier, an account lock, or timed expiration or permanence settings — exist only because a portion of the adult-content industry and community requests them, and we offer them as a convenience for creators who voluntarily want that kind of commitment. These modes are strictly opt-in: they apply only when the uploader deliberately selects them at upload time, and the applicable restriction is disclosed before publishing. By choosing a restricted mode, you acknowledge that you understand and accept its consequences, including that the post is locked from immediate deletion, that expiry or permanence settings may not be reversible, and that the restriction is part of the content record. You agree not to hold Exposure HUB responsible for a restricted mode you chose, for content that remains available within its selected window, or for any restriction, delay, or inability to delete caused by that choice.

Self-service deletion. Deletable posts can be removed immediately. Locked posts cannot be deleted through self-service before their existing expiry. Previously scheduled deletion deadlines remain in effect. Safety reports, consent complaints and legally required takedowns are separate: those requests remain free and subject to any applicable removal deadlines.

8. No Responsibility for Future Distress or Perceived Harm

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exposure HUB is not responsible or liable for any emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, reputational harm, loss of opportunity, or other personal or psychological harm you claim to experience now or in the future as a result of content you uploaded, content you viewed, interactions with other users, or your use of the Service. You understand that adult content and open social platforms carry inherent risks, you assume those risks voluntarily, and you waive, to the extent permitted by law, any claims against us arising from those experiences, including claims relating to content you chose to publish or view.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that content is accurate, lawful, or complete, that storage or availability is permanent, that the Service is free of harmful material, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPOSURE HUB AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CONTENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Exposure HUB and its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) content you upload, post, or share; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; (c) claims by any person depicted in your content; or (d) your infringement or violation of another party’s rights.

12. Fag Bucks, Purchases, and Refunds

Fag Bucks and paid features are a limited, revocable license to use functionality within the Service. They have no cash value, are not transferable outside the Service, and are not redeemable for money. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Manual orders are fulfilled by staff after payment confirmation, and processing times are estimates only. We may correct, void, or reverse balances or transactions that result from errors, fraud, abuse, or payment disputes, and we may suspend accounts with negative or disputed balances.

13. Copyright and DMCA

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. For fastest removal, rightsholders and users may report the post directly through its options menu. We also respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act submitted to our Takedown Center and email desk, and accept counter-notices through the same channel. Repeat infringers may have content removed and accounts terminated. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to liability under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data Retention

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service, such as your username, email address, uploads, and basic technical and security logs. We do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers. You may delete your account in Settings, subject to limited retention in backups, caches, legal holds, and records we are required to keep. Do not upload anything you need kept confidential: assume that any content you post may be copied, saved, or shared by others.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, and payment or communication channels. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

16. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, review, filter, label, or remove any content, and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or to protect users, third parties, or the Service. We are not liable for user content or for any moderation decision made in good faith.

17. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, its features, catalogs, or content availability at any time and without liability. We may also terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute provisions, will survive.

18. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at Exposurehub@protonmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. To the extent permitted by law, any unresolved dispute will be resolved through final, binding, individual arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator instead of in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or user safety. You and Exposure HUB each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms by emailing Exposurehub@protonmail.com with your username and a written opt-out request. If this section is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the courts located at the operator’s principal place of business.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Severability, No Waiver, Assignment, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time; you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Headings are for convenience only. These Terms, together with the Community Guidelines, Takedown Policy, and the privacy, cookie, and security practices described here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Exposure HUB regarding the Service.

21. User-to-User Interactions and Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including messages, tips, follows, and any agreements or arrangements you make with them. We do not screen, verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your interactions with others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Exposure HUB and its owners, operators, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or relating to any dispute you have with another user or third party.

22. Account Security and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying us immediately at Exposurehub@protonmail.com of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure or by another person using your account with or without your permission. Do not share your account or reuse passwords from other services.

23. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Service itself — including its name, logos, design, software, code, text, and original graphics and assets — is owned by or licensed to Exposure HUB and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, frame, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except as expressly permitted, and you may not use automated tools to harvest data from the Service without our prior written consent. Your account and uploads do not grant you ownership of the Service, and these Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes.

24. Non-Consensual Imagery and Safety Reports

If you believe you are depicted in content on the Service without your consent, or you encounter content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, or other serious harm, report it immediately to Exposurehub@protonmail.com with the exact URLs. We prioritize non-consensual intimate imagery and child-safety reports, remove offending content when appropriate, preserve records, and report apparent illegal content to the appropriate authorities. Publishing or distributing non-consensual intimate imagery is grounds for immediate termination and may be a criminal offense in many jurisdictions.

25. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and protect against abuse and fraud. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may limit or break parts of the Service. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies.

26. Security and Service Availability

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Service, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from unauthorized access. You acknowledge that you provide information and upload content at your own risk, and you should keep your own copies of any media you cannot afford to lose.

27. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, war, government action, or the failure of third-party services or providers.

28. Prohibited Jurisdictions, Sanctions, and Export Compliance

You may not access or use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited, if you are subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions, or if your use would violate any law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your location, and you must stop using the Service if it is not.

29. Electronic Communications and Notices

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including service notices, policy updates, and account messages delivered through the Service or to the email address associated with your account, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Legal notices to us must be sent to Exposurehub@protonmail.com. You are responsible for keeping your account email current.

30. Limitation on Time to Bring Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred. This does not shorten any period that applicable law does not permit to be shortened.
